Demetrius Ware
For over 19 years, Demetrius Ware, has built his reputation as a global thought leader and strategic planner in the banking, CRE and Healthcare finance industries scaling value in both emerging & mature markets.
Holding leadership positions in finance throughout his career including roles as a former Vice President at US Bank and Walker & Dunlop, Demetrius designed and implemented strategic growth modules resulting in over $2.5 billion in CRE structured finance, healthcare acquisition, and utility scale renewable energy development.
Using the same areas of expertise, Demetrius is now Founder of VEW Emerging & Corporate Advisory. With core concentrations in affordable healthcare (VEW Health), housing, and renewable energy in both emerging and underserved markets; fostering international partnerships with ties in Dubai, Nigeria, Singapore, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, and expanding.
In addition to contributing as a noted international keynote speaker and advocate for minority and women owned business & leadership, Demetrius is also a consultant to community and regional banking institutions on domestic and global strategic market growth.
When he’s not working, Demetrius enjoys spending quality time traveling with his family, reading, fitness, and mental health development. He also makes time to mentor the country’s youth communities and future business leaders.

Jeff Whitehead
Jeffrey J. Whitehead has practiced in the Southwest, Colorado and New York for more than 30 years, after having grown up in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been diverse focusing upon business interests, becoming a legal life consultant for our partners. Clients include emerging & middle market businesses, professionals, such healthcare providers, physicians, nurses, hospitals, DME providers and other physician extenders. In the field of healthcare, he advises clients on merger & acquisitions, matters of fraud and abuse, Stark law compliance, management service organizations, Fair Hearings, privilege negotiations, practice development, provider networks, PPOs, IPAs, ACOs and insurance networks.
He advises our partners how to commence business, what form the business entity should take, how to protect assets, and in designing estate plans for the individual. His estate plans involve small personal estates to complex plans involving large business succession. He acts as a trustee for Nevada self-settled trusts. Mr. Whitehead has advised diverse business interests including healthcare, entertainment, real estate developers, medical marijuana dispensers and cultivators, e-commerce and matters involving intellectual property.
He advises our real estate developer division & partners, contractors, subcontractors, banks, financial institutions, restaurants, entertainers, e-commerce businesses, in all aspects of business operations, including employment matters.
Mr. Whitehead acts as an attorney paymaster for appropriate qualified partners.
Mr. Whitehead has practiced before the Courts of Nevada, Arizona and New York, both in state and federal, has practiced before the probate courts since his clerked at the US District Court for the District of Nevada. He has been involved in drafting statutes, including Nevada’s first limited liability company in 1990-91 and healthcare legislation.
Mr. Whitehead is an adjunct professor of law at Cornell University School of Law on topics of general health law, mental health law, Food and Drug Law and general business law, having commenced his instruction in 2016.
